MongoDB is the most popular NoSQL database among developers worldwide. MongoDB Atlas is a fully managed cloud Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) of MongoDB. In this article, we will create a MongoDB Atlas Account with a Database Cluster. We will learn to create an Organization, a Project, a Database Cluster, and a New User. We will create Network Access in order to connect to the MongoDB Atlas cluster. We will add a sample data set to the MongoDB Atlas cluster, then set and use a query filter. Finally, we will create and use a “Search Index” in the MongoDB Atlas. We will do all the subjects practically (Hands-on) and step by step.

Topics we will cover in this article:

1. What are MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas?
